review 1: I could identify totally with her struggle as I have had the same dilema. I recently changed countries again and was forced to downsize quite a bit. I'm still trying to find creative ways to squeeze in my vast library. At the same time I have decided to buy a Kindle and can see how appealing it can be to take your library with you everywhere without worrying with weight or space. Paper is still my favourite vehicle though, I just wonder if the easy access to ebooks will ever make me change my mind...
review 2: I thoroughly enjoyed this short story. I feel exactly the same way as this author does minus the fact that I must move and rid myself of all my precious books. Of course, I can sit here and agree that yes, I know I am never going to re-read all these or t
... moreruly use them much anymore. I can reason with that assumption. However, that tiny voice within me gets all high and pitchy and worried at the thought of getting rid of my books. They are treasures. I don't get why not all people get that, and that is okay. But me, I get it...and I am most certainly not murdering my library anytime soon! Enjoyed this easy read. less
