review 1: Love the blog and the book follows along. Half of this book is content about how & why to make a change to real food and the second half is recipes. I think there is a lot of good information, even if the majority isn't new to anyone that has 'real food' on their radar OR has been following the blog already. Still, good stuff. I've had luck with the recipes- I like them and so does my kid. win/win.
review 2: This is a great "starter" book for someone just beginning to think about cleaning up their diet. The author dives into what real food is - and how to read food labels - how to shop, etc. And then follows with very simple recipes. I've tried several of the recipes and have liked them. Some recipes are almost too simple to have been given space in a boo
... morek. But overall - a decent book about real food. less

Great recipes and advice. I also love the school lunch ideas and shopping lists by season.

Some good thoughts for eating well, but I'm still going to eat a Cheeto now and then.

It is a little light on information and recipes. I just was expecting more.
