review 1: Another clever, yet short book by Moore, one of the most famous critics of the U.S. war effort and governmental mis-steps. His text is easily readable as always, and quite enjoyable if you're not a fan of the Bush administration or the Republican party.Although the election's long gone now and despite Mike's tips on how to lose them -Obama won and I'm eagerly waiting for what Moore'll have his say on next!- this book still felt not out-of-date and I still recommend it to anyone interested in modern U.S. politics.
review 2: I love Michael Moore. We had watched Sicko, and Roger and Me in my economics class, and I sat there laughing my butt off. People don't understand that he's being sarcastic. He has this perfect sense of humor when it comes to looking at how m... moreessed up our country. Yes, he can be rude, and a bit overexagerated, but he really brings out the main problems with our country which is the fact that EVERYTHING is run by money, and there are no exceptions in this rule. He brings up some very important points in this book. Not only the things that are wrong with the voting process, but also with the candidates, and america itself. less
