review 1: A really good read, highly recommended if your into the type of book that throws pieces at you letting you put it together as it builds to a rather anti climactic end. Even though the end slides away it was still good trying to put the pieces of this puzzle together without the writer having to spell out every bit for me. I had already worked out the end about half way through, but that didn't stop me and if it did I would have missed out on some crucial facts. These facts help build and change the characters in a way that I would never have guessed. Throughout the book I kept finding myself comparing the story to my life, well parts of it anyway. By the end I was summing myself up in the main characters eyes thinking to myself, what would she think of me. I'm glad I read ... moreit, and it is definitely a good book but it did not leave me with a good feeling, in fact I feel terrible. I feel that my action in some cases has been despicable. Remembering these incidences where I had a choice I seem to have chosen the easy rout or the rout that only benefited me. I am not the type of person to give a toss about what others think of me, however I do care about what I think of myself. The book is good, descriptive wise bringing you right into some of these scenes. I am not a brilliant reader and cannot understand some of the words used, but I got by(dictionaries, friends, family, the internet etc...). Don't think this is a complex book though I just am terrible at reading, writing, spelling, grammar. The book takes some time to start forming the story somewhere through the second chapter or maybe the third is where you'll see it. The first part is all about the main character. As the story goes on it gets better and better. Even though the ending wasn't built up and padded out, like life, like humans, like us we just sort of end and other people, other lives simply go on. But it does show how you still live on through others and even though your gone your influence, personality, even your continue on through those you leave behind.
