review 1: Pattie Mallette has such an amazing story! Her life was so much harder than I could have imagined and she amazingly she came to God through all the horrible things she went through. Pattie does a wonderful job of letting the reader into her life and her emotions. Her determination amazes me. I recommend this book to anyone who is wondering about God or is struggling with teen pregnancy, divorce, sexual abuse, or anyone who is curious about her life and Justin's early life. We can only hope that Justin will eventually come to know Jesus like his mother did.
review 2: absolutely loved this book. Was kind of surreal reading a book written about ppl in a town you lived in for many yrs but not only that knew some of the main characters in this Patti Mallette's memo
... moreirs. It is told from the soul and comes from her heart. I am not one for biographies and personally have put off reading this book for a while because of that. However, did a complete 180 on this one. Loved it. Patti had my interested from the very first paragraph. A wonderful read and so insightful. An inspirational read for anyone especially those raising up from the ashes and rising above adversity ... this book gives you hope that if Patti can come out on top after all she bares in her story then anyone can. less
