Review: This book is so fun, filled with Lester’s new narrative and Pinkney’s astounding watercolors. I absolutely loved this retelling in comparison with the original–what a good duo the author and illustrator make! Also, I’m just a huge sucker for trickster characters getting outwitted, so this book definitely made me crack a wide grin.
