review 1: I really enjoyed this book and learned a few new things on the life of Ronald Reagan. The book is very well written and just the perfect length. I have ready probably over two dozen books on the life and presidency of Ronald Reagan.The narrative of Ronald Reagan's life here is splendidly told and I am very glad that I read this book. A recommendation to anyone that that is interested in the life of this wonderful man and president.

I think this book turned in a different direction than what was originally planned. He may have had some unresolved conflict he needed to work out after his dad passed away. Not only did the readers learn much about Ronald "Dutch" Reagan but the author did as well. less
