review 1: This is a great book for anyone with a body. It is directed at those interested in running and/or seated meditation and how the principles go together, but I found most of the book can be directly applied to my yoga practice and many other parts of life as well. I was constantly highlighting sections of this book to come back to later, as he makes so many great points that stuck with me.
