review 1: I picked this one up three or four times before I actually read past the first few pages. I found it very hard to get into, but once the big event happens, i.e., every one of the heroine's co-workers being killed, (not a spoiler) the story picked up and I found it very engaging....

review 1: There is never a dull moment from the first page to the last. What is amazing to me is how quickly the author pulls you into a story with very little action & adventure but will so much human drama so to speak that you find yourself flipping page after page drinking in every word...
