review 1: I have only read a few chapters thus far. I have enjoyed reading this book so far though. It shows how a family that started out being rough and not having much has been able to turn their whole life around. They are now have there own tv show and a lot of publicity. You can look in practically any big store today and find something about the roberson family.I think this book shows a lot of proof that a ordinary family even with alcohol addiction problems can turn their whole life around really quick. Most families today that are struggling from alcohol addiction issues say there is no hope at all but there is. This book will show you how a true christian family sticks together no matter what. I highly recommend this book to anyone even if you don't like the family i... moret will show you how much family can really matter. So over all I believe this book is a very good book to read!
review 2: This book in the saturated Duck Dynasty book market tells the story of the Robertsons from Willie and Korie's point of view. I thought it was generally well written and organized - not true with some of the other books associated with this family. It focuses primarily on the business itself (fascinating look at a business from the ground up by people who have no business knowledge) with some insight into the family history, i.e. why the business, family, and show are how they are. less
