review 1: This is a really terrific and quick read! I read this book and the sequel one after the other, and enjoyed the hilarity of both. I didn’t always agree with some of the author’s parenting choices, and definitely not with the constant state of inebriation, but there were a ton of things that made me laugh loudly because, as mom of a six-year-old, I could identify and nod my head in agreement. I’m looking forward to reading book three!
review 2: Finally I finished this book! It's not because I didn't enjoy, but only because I have 2 little ones that use my kindle more than I do. I have to say that I can relate to this book more than I should admit lol. There are moments in this book where I think to myself, "me and A.K. would've been BFF" talking shit about ... morebeing a mother over a glass or a few of the strongest cocktails. Can't wait to read her second book, and I highly recommend any mother to read this book with a glass of wine, and enjoy how this woman say everything that deep down inside we think the same exact thing! :) less
