I really wanted to like this book, but ultimately, I just wasn't a fan of the writing style.
Beautifully written. A wonderful picture of Latino LA. Interesting stories woven together.
Interesting tales of intertwined people from one neighborhood. Thought provoking.
I loved the way the characters' lives intersected.
