Beautiful writing and description, mediocre story. Pretty predictable, and not much to cheer for.
Remember this book from childhood. It's mood made a lasting impression. One of my favs.
Wonderful novel. Dark, atmospheric and gripping. I was unable to put it down.
So love her books! What an ending!
