An excellent, but hard book. It's a subject that needs to be openly discussed, but is hard to face.
I did not read the whole book, just the section on slavery in Haiti.
Yet another book about a grim reality ... starts in Haiti.
This is a must read for everyone.
So bad it's almost unreadable.
