Everyone and no one wants a piece of Alex Cross. There's a new(?) group, similar to Al Queda, who have multiple goals - kill heads of state - AND kill & terrorize as many Americans as possible. All of the agencies are telling Cross they DON'T need his help. THEY'VE got it covered. He can't even get past a simple crime scene tape. By the time they decide they can't live without him, he's heavily on to another agenda. The President's kids are missing, apparently easily snatched from their private school. Are these plots related? Enjoyed this one.
Patterson does it again! A race against time, suspense, nail biting nerves and heart goes into making the Alex Cross series one that is hard to put down. The writing is realistic and compassionate. Alex Cross is law enforcement with a heart. Fast paced and riveting, you want to see justice served as you speedd through to see who the villian is and how the rescue is going to take place. Weel worth the ride and what a ride it was.
Better than the average Kill Alex Cross book.
