Wow, remember when Jefferson Bethke's video went viral on Youtube? Seriously, this guy is the real deal. I love everything that he stands up for and I genuinely respect him for standing up to the whole God-is-Santa-Clause & branding-Jesus-beyond-recognition mumbojumbo. Bethke breaks down the walls around Christianity that people themselves have put up and pushes us to see God - not religion.I love Bethke and I hope everyone get's a chance see his video and to read this book.
This book was really good. It was given to me by a good friend, and I'm glad that he did because I'm not sure that I would have read it otherwise. I feel like this book should be read by just about everyone. I love what the author has to say. And how it all comes out in writing is brilliant. Just like your sitting down having a chat with a normal guy. At least that's how it read to me. You should read this book.
Very accessible and easy to read. Great for college age men.
