Ok, this book was just too cute to not look at. CAN YOU BLAME ME??? Oh my gosh, every page is a giant ball of adorable silliness, I found myself laughing many times! The illustrations make it even funnier too. Any fan of Star Wars will love this book for sure, whether you're young or old.These quotes in particular made me laugh out loud:Vader to Luke: "DON'T MAKE BUBBLES."Luke: "But Dad, you said we could go to Tosche Station after nap!"Vader: "I AM ALTERING THE DEAL. PRAY I DON'T ALTER IT ANY FURTHER."Vader: "THIS ISN'T THE TOY YOU'RE LOOKING FOR..."Luke: "Yes, it is." *Points at a Jar Jar Binks doll*Vader: "...AND THEN DARTH MAUL LEAPT UP AND DESTROYED QUI-GON..."Luke's face: O_________OSeriously, if you guys see this book anywhere, go and read it.

From sharing his ice cream cone to teaching Luke about death stars and avoiding the talk of the birds and the bees, Darth Vader is your typical dad.The illustrations done by the author Jeffrey Brown bring a classic Star Wars scene and soften it with the love of father and son. This book is an enjoyable read whether or not you are familiar with the movies, but if you have seen the movies you'll enjoy it even more.
