This is probably my least favourite Joe Abercrombie book so far, but having said that I still think it deserves five stars! It was the Western theme of the book which wasn’t really my cup of tea, but I still enjoyed it.Lots of characters from his previous works appear in this book, a couple with major roles in the story, and as always it's linked in really well with his other books. Shy South, Lamb, Temple and the rest are all flawed and interesting characters with dark pasts they try to run from but that always seem to catch up with them in the end.As always with Joe this book is dark, funny and highly entertaining. It keeps you guessing and I highly recommend it to those who have read the other books set in the First Law world.
