I very much enjoyed the vignettes about the CDC, but I found the disjointed narrative difficult.
Fantastic book, even if you don't love infectious diseases as much as I do. :)
A history of the Epidemic Intelligence Service and the work they do.
Interesting stuff but the book lacks focus and reads like a summary.
Amazing read if you are into public health and inspiring stories!
