I appreciated her pointing out how excitement and fear ride the same edge, but I got tired of listening to her talk about her different adventures. I realized I am also tired of people doing something for a year and then writing a book about that. I did enjoy learning more about Eleanor as she is an amazing woman. This book also got me thinking about keeping adventure in my life instead of getting stuck in routines, but that doesn't mean I'll be swimming with sharks anytime soon.

This was one of the free monthly Amazon Prime books and I chose it at random. However, I liked it very much. Noelle Hancock chronicles her year of facing a new fear every day under the writings and tutelage of Eleanor Roosevelt. It included interesting glimpses of Eleanor's life that made me want to read more about her. Aspects of Noelle's life resonated with me, and I felt she portrayed herself with honesty and vulnerability. Good stuff!
