Good young adult read - perseverance in the face of adversity with a fantasy twist.
5 stars for a preteen. I enjoyed it and would give it to my kids to read.
A rather enjoyable YA fantasy with lots of interesting magic.
2.5 STARS. SO-SO. DUMB ENDING.
