review 1: This picks up where Handled left off, thank God! Paige and Vaughn are stranded. She's still trying to fight their connection, but he has her trapped. Literally. A blizzard and lack of food are enough to bring 2 people together, but add in a few brushes with death and creepy animals and you've got a winner!I'm a sucker for a mouthy leading man and Vaughn is way up on my list. The way he says things just kills me! He's hotter and sexier in part 2, if that's even possible! And, Paige finally sees what's happening. I also loved that we see other characters from Steph and Angela's quickies! Yay!! The only downside is I want MORE! Come back."Don't worry, babe, there's one thing we still have, wreck be damned. You get my motor revving." He laughs.If he thinks for one minute I'll ... morebe speaking to him, he's hootier than all the f***ing blowfish."I'll make you come for every smile you can manage, deal?""Deal." I sigh, then turn a painful grin to the crowd." Oh my God, how nice. Thank you!" Yes, that hurt."Easy, Sunshine, you're gonna sprain something." He swats my ass.
review 2: I'm glad that when I found Handled there wasn't a great long time in between the two pieces. First let me say the characters were fun, their jibes hilarious, and their feelings very real. I did enjoy it; however, I felt it a bit short after the first part. It was quick paced and events happened in quick succession. I would have liked it to be a bit longer. Put it up to characters I really enjoyed and wanted to see more. less
