review 1: Well this was another rebel-against-dystopian-society-and-find-romance-somewhere-in-there-too-plus-discover-creepy-secret-that-changes-everything kind of book. Like Matched or Possession. But Micah and Nora never did develop their relationship that well, so that was a letdown. Also, at the end, when Micah and Winter and Nora are seperated, I was like flipping some tables cuz they need to kick butt and save the city from the corrupted city amnesia maniacs at TFC!!! OH yeah, that brings me to my next point. So they lose all their memories of their rebellion(which was just writing some comic book, not a big kickbutt fight, which I would LOOOOOVE)and then the book ends. Really? Just......no. And their really weren't that many fight/action scenes. So Angie Smibert, make the seq... moreuel have some, ok? So yeah the plot was pretty ok but then again what do I know my brain is dead from watching like 6 hours of movies but I liked the book. Seriously. So I recommend it (I haven't really done any recommendation yet) to distopian YA romance lovers cuz this just fits right in to the genre.
review 2: An entertaing book I read last Saturday. There are many twists and turns in this Dystopian novel. Might not be for everyone though.The issue I had was at first I did not understand what glossy meant. After further reading I came to realize it meant good or happy, sometimes it meant the same as glamorus.If you read this prepare to be curious as to what happens next, as the author leaves a very compeling cliff-hanger.Over all this was a good book. less
