review 1: After reading the reviews I decided to sample Noah and Me. After reading the sample, I had to read all of it. It is a great story and its layout is original. I had been apprehensive about it jumping from the past to the future, however, it didn't make a blind bit of difference. The story is great and the relationship between them whilst complex also makes for compelling reading. You root for both of them. The story has twists and turns and keeps you enthralled until the very end. I will definitely be reading more from Beckie Stevenson.
review 2: It was okay. I didn't connect with the characters at all but I can understand them. Some things in the story were a bit repetitive - how many times did he need "to pinch the skin between his eyes " before having permane
... morent damage ?I liked the plot well enough but near the end it became a bit too much... the beginning of the epilogue was so not necessary. There is one thing that I hate (even more than love triangles): the freaking excuse of "being on a break" with the girlfriend to cheat on her and not feel bad/having to explain about it. An asshole move. Noah lost so many brownie points... I could have lived without the graphic details of birth.... Cheese and rice, that was harsh ! less
