review 1: In a story very familiar to kids with younger siblings, Gizmo, Sprinkles, and Wild are vexed and perplexed by their friend Rex and his desire to wreck everything they build. In a very sweet ending, the four manage to build something together. I really enjoyed the illustrations on this one. They are a little whimsical without being over-designed. Rex, Gizmo, Sprinkles, and Wild all have excellent, and different facial expressions, and their creations are really cool! Great readaloud for preschoolers or toddlers during storytimes about building, friendship, or destruction!
