review 1: I fell in love with this story. I admit, it has been a while since I’ve been reading it, and I don’t want to give false information – just in case – so I won’t spoil it by telling, but it had the most wonderful, touching and beautiful happy ending. It was perfect! This story has a brilliant start, forcing the protagonist to - um let’s say seduce –an (slightly) older man, who is kinda a big fish in a dangerous business. And here it comes; against all odds there were no awkward moments where you just see it coming, the cheap dialogs and boring sex, because come on – there is no way this is going to work. But oddly, it does. The story unfolds naturally and quite charming. And I especially liked how the lines blurred between puppy love, lust, teenage angst, ang... moreer and commitment. Particularly that the main character, Eddie, is this smart kid who is young and should be naive and act his age, stupid and hilarious, but instead he sees things differently, almost grown up and acts out of nature. One second he is a normal, teenager who is unsure and frustrated with life and the other, he is acting more adult than everyone else combined. So naturally, when I got past chapter 10 (I think?) of the story I asked myself, ”How the hell did I get here? I was preparing for a fight, but somehow this seems the opposite!” You start to become fuzzy, nervous, exited, sad, happy, embarrassed, frustrated, joyful, swayed and so much more. Somewhere down the road it gets real. This is worth your time. Read it! Oh and by the way, Blue Ghost has more awesome stories so check them out ;)
review 2: At first I thought it was a coming out story of the 18 year old Eddie and his relationship with the much older, handsome drug lord Johnny. It was funny and endearing. A lot of sex and some bdsm. But then, the story developped completely different from what I expected, becoming more sad. It developped a depth, became mellow and then.. Well, no more spoilers. But I enjoyed every part of it. For a freeby, really good! Thanks for Blue GhostGhost for giving us such a wonderful story. less

The sense of dread was justified, but she managed to end it on a believable up note.
