review 1: pointless read. She just go on and on about how great she is, but how she can't seem to find a good man, despite dating all these famous people. The "dating lessons" she proclaims make sense, but she doesn't even listen to herself. She's a person who thrives one being recognized, makes her money cause she's in the tabloids and on tv for no good reason other than she's willing to let her tawdry exploits be exploited.
review 2: OK so this isn't highbrow literature, and I'm not sure I am a better person for having read this book, but I did enjoy Brandi's 2nd book, much like her first one. The one thing I did realize is that I could never live in her world, where she freely admits to "using" people for their beach club memberships, but she is honest, funny, and... more admits when she screws up. Which apparently she does with alarming frequency. All the talk of her vagina kind of got on my nerves, and I really wanted to know exactly who the famous people were she had "dated"...but Brandi wasn't naming names this time around. But if you're looking for a fresh and funny book about life after a very public divorce and multiple humiliations, I'd recommend this one. less
