review 1: It was interesting to say the least. The library I work at bought it thinking it was a special interest book for road kill or death but didn't turn out exactly as we thought. Everyone who has read it in our staff has had the same reaction. We can't say it's good. We can't say it's bad. But it's definitely not what we expected and find it, as I said before, "interesting." At first starting to read it, you think the dog and rat are going to bury the rabbit or bring peace to it. What the rat and the dog to do the rabbit in the end is very weird (and not in a good way).

... moreth a flattened rabbit. They decided to do something with her that she would like. They ended up taping her to a kite and flying it. Then they wondered if she was having a good time up there. I'm confused as to why this subject matter was chosen and what the author was trying to accomplish with it. After all, this is a children's picture book...I would not use this book for storytimes. less
