review 1: Well ... it was an easy read. Not especially captivating, it didn't have any likeable characters or intriguing stories. But it flowed pretty well, was fairly realistic (talking about, first I thought Veronica was way out of character when the 'fame' kind of went to her head, but then thinking, it's probably how anyone would react, given the overwhelming circumstances). All in all, it was okay. Not sure if I'd read another from this author.
review 2: An easy read. A divorced single mother struggling to manage financially is the main character. She is often mistaken for a young Hollywood star because of her striking similarity in looks. When the star's manager sees her in a chance meeting, he offers her a job as a double. Unfortunately she becomes a little overwh... moreelmed with the part time lifestyle and makes a few blunders. While the story ends happy, I was left a little unhappy with the sudden closure of everything seeming to all suddenly fit together for the woman. I was looking for a stronger, more mature character, I guess. less
