review 1: This is a fast-paced, engaging book with an original premise, likable main characters, and a fascinating alternate world. I found the whole idea of anomalies really interesting, and I thought the romance was very well done. I plan to get a copy for my classroom library because I think the book will be a hit with students who like dystopian books as well as students who are interested in history and WWII. There is a lot of violence, but that makes sense considering the premise and storyline. A suspenseful, compelling debut!
review 2: I enjoy reading this book. Actually i would it give it 3.5 stars if i can, but sadly that is out of my hands. The nook has a pretty nice narration and the story is well constructed, but it is quite predictable in several points I w... moreill like some more details on how the anomalies begin, but is a good book, there are some inconsistencies in the story but is a good easy reading.Looking forward to further books of the author less
