review 1: Omg what can i possibly say about this book, i am honestly speechless. It was breathtaking!!!Flawless plot with amazing descriptions, very well developed characters and many twists that keep the reader on the edge, especially the ending...Ava after her mothers sudden death has to live with her grandmother who doesn't care about her and she decides to put her in a boarding school. There all her life will change, when she met Ari a handsome tall athletic and sexy as hell boy who will captivate her thoughts and heart and made her feel safe just by holding her and he will help her realize that she isn't an ordinary girl but someone special who has an incredible power, the power of the Fates. She hold the power of life and death and she will do whatever she can to protect the on... morees she love by her enemies who has already took too many people from her. Sacrifices has to be made in order to find balance but will those decision cost her the one thing she can't live without or will make their love stronger? This book will mesmerize you and travel you in the depths of greek mythology and of true love who can survive instead of the bad omens and the obstacles. And a fair warning this book is very addictive and you will stuck with it for good ;)Definitely a must read ;)
review 2: I thoroughly enjoyed reading A Beautiful Fate. At around page 30, I was hooked enough to do nothing for the entire day but read. The young star-crossed lovers story pulls at your heart strings until you are tied down. And there is enough drama and action to keep the book flowing.Ava is a very like-able character. As well as her many friends. Even the ex girlfriend is like-able. Cat Mann does an excellent job of detailing each character from their good traits to their flaws. I only wish she would have spent more time giving more back story on the antagonist group of the story. Although this may come up in book 2 or 3 since this is a three part series. I hope it does. I'm not big on Greek mythology. Actually, I dislike reading about Greek mythology so much that often when I read a synopsis and it is included, I will choose not to read the book. But, the author offered me the ebook for free so I decided to give it a try. I'm very happy that I did. In fact, Ms. Mann kept me well entertained with the little bits she dropped into the book. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to read mythology, young adult, paranormal, suspense, teen love story, drama. Looking forward to reading books 2 and 3 in the series. less
