review 1: I was so disappointed with this book. It started off fine, but then it slowly fell apart once the boys were introduced to the story. The story then become a series of typical YA subplots including the needless "love triangle." Their introduction did not aid in any character development to the story. I felt like the protagonist, Greta, became less sympathetic and more annoying and dumb as the story progressed. The story had potential, but fails to go in a direction that fulfilled that potential. I was more interested in Isaac's backstory and the mythology of Mylena then the story that was presented.
review 2: Greta is a strong 17 year old bounty hunter in a world full of Goblins, fae and everything else. Except in this world, humans are very much disliked which
... moreof course poses a problem for Greta but it's one she managed to keep hidden for a while. One goblin in particular, the goblin King, called Issac has his sights set on Greta and although at first I was like how can she like this guy? Issac is actually a really likable character, and so is Greta. Then later Greta meets a group of humans, a boy of around her age is amongst them, he is called Wyatt. I'm really not sure who I prefer-Wyatt or Issac. At the end of the novel i was glad that Greta and Issac got together but wish it was Wyatt at the same time. All in all, a great novel with great characters and a great plot. less
