review 1: I read through the book quickly. I thought the evolution of the trilogy (and in turn the main character) was really good. I did not like how quickly Rick/Reese seemed to get over whatever was bothering him and trusted Christy/Ari again. I could not understand his deep seated betrayal, though, so that could have contributed. There were some frustrating moments because of poor editing, too. BUT, it is definitely a trilogy I was will read over and over.
review 2: ‘Created” is the third book in the “Watched” series. I enjoyed the first book so much I knew I would have to keep reading to find out where things went.Christy, witness to a murder, has had her life turned completely upside down. With no choice but to enter the witness protection program, Christ... morey must learn a new way of life, and the skills to survive. From brainiac to Cheerleader to biker chic. But mistakes are made, and she ends up in danger, again. Through the series though, her character does develop, and we see her come into the person she is meant to be.The missions that she is sent on are suspenseful and downright entertaining, even if pieces here and there are a little far-fetched. I found myself cheering for her to succeed.I enjoyed the ending. There was closure, while still leaving the door open for other adventures. Well done! less
