Designed around the theme in life and leadership, the book provides a wealth of information based on personal experience about what philosophy worked and did not work for him as he lived his life throughout his military and government service careers.I would recommend this book to anyone aspiring to or currently in any type of leadership role, whether that be in the public or private areas of life.
