review 1: Samantha Sweet's business is going strong for the holidays. a mystery chocolate maker arrives on her door step wanting to work in her shop. Bobul,the chocolate makes her magical box out of chocolate, warning Samantha of danger surrounding her. Samantha doesn't know what to make of it until her USDA job takes her to an abandon property that is filled with expensive art work, blood on the bed room floor and several attempts by someone breaking into it. A photo of her magical box is found on the missing man's desk. Samantha solves the mystery and understand her box better. Interesting holiday story.
review 2: Excellent third outing in the Samantha Sweet mysteries. Murder comes close to home from three directions. Sam donates a closet full of clothes from her mo... morest recent foreclosure clearing only to discover that one item is blood soaked,she makes a new friend who is touched by murder, and well the last one you have to find out for yourself. In the fast paced holiday baking season, Samantha has to rely on friends, family, an a little (or more than a little)magic to help keep her bake shop running smoothly while she helps investigate two, or is that only one mystery. Despite her hectic life, she has time to worry about her fast growing love for a certain sheriff's deputy but barely enough time to do anything about it. less
