review 1: At first I thought I wouldn't be able to read this book. I'm living a similar scenario to Becky's situation, and the author nailed many of the emotions my husband & I experience. She also accurately conveys the emotions of the young mothers in their situations. However, I soon became enmeshed in the characters' lives. My one complaint is that I wished the author had continued the story of Ivy & Anna a little longer--I wasn't ready to let them go.
