review 1: This book was one of the best I've read this year! I was actually really excited to start this book and wasn't disappointed! The characters weren't bad—like at all. I think the only "bad" character was Wesley. Other than that I didn't really see truly evil characters. I like the events that happened in the book, although I wished some scenes were a little more described (no not the love scenes) but I felt like a lot of the scenes were rush, therefore not described to the fullest. Either way, I truly enjoed Charity, her witt and sarcasm was just hilarious! Not to mention the fact that she must have the softest lips in the world (Not to sound weird or anythin) but the girl literally wears lip balm every second of the day. I also thought Levi and Charity's relationship star... moreted off weird. They didn't go on a date or close to a date and they're getting married. I guess I do believe in insta love (and even then I thought they said I love you too early) but marriage (even for the pack) before they went on a date seemed a little rushed and weird. Then again it didn't ruin the story, which is great! Overall this book was a major love! It was like a mixure of Prince of wolves by quinn loftis (one of my favorites) and Twilight by stephanie meyers (also my favorite). So I can't really complain. So read it...I dare you!! ;)
review 2: Charity, is a quirky, 18 year old that is not looking to prove herself to anyone but needing desperately for someone to prove they are worthy of the love she keeps behind strong emotional walls. Levi Drake may be worthy, but there is something off about him. Charity is terrified that the love that she feels growing inside her will cause her more pain than she is able to endure. Charity Moon is a wonderfully imaginative romance with a refreshing twist on the traditional girl meets boy genre. I have to say, I thought I had everything figured out a couple of times only to have the story take an abrupt turn in a different direction. The witty banter between Charity and her friends as well as the complexities of becoming a part of a different culture add depth to the story and characters. If you enjoy young romances or teenage paranormal, I think you will find this story is a breath of fresh air. less
