review 1: Trapped into a Marriage by Dez Burke:This is the first book I have read from Dez Burke and I was not disappointed in the least. When we first me Keyonna Hayes (the heroine) she is trying to break up with her absentee military boyfriend Mark. Now don’t get me wrong I understood her reasons for wanting out of the relationship, but damn she was brutal about it. In fact, I wasn’t sure I was going to like at first, but I decided to keep going. Then we met Nick Vital (the hero), who is a massive judgmental jerk to Keyonna for no apparent reason.Through some unforeseen circumstances (Keyonna’s fault actually), Nick’s loses his very much needed fiancé and decides that Keyonna would be a good replacement due to their sexual chemistry. Naturally, Keyonna tries to deny her at... moretraction to Nick, but Nick always gets what he wants either through his charm, sexuality or…blackmail. It was definitely filled with some up and downs for the characters to stubborn to admit their feelings for each other; especially, when you throw in some exes with plans to tear the couple apart before they even begin.
review 2: Ms. Dez Burke is quickly becoming one of my favorite IR authors. Her character development is phenomenal-with the correct balance of strength and vulnerability to make you root for these people. In Trapped Into Marriage, they were several times that I had those "hmmm, Dez how are you going to make this work?" But she did. There was one point in the book when Nick makes a judgement about Keyonna's character. He explains why he said it but the explanation didn't make sense so I said "Dez, you slipped on that one". But never fear, she gives the real explanation later on. Of course, we have the hot HOT steamy sex scenes and the happily ever after, but of the 3 books I've read of Ms. Burke's this one has the most angst regarding the couple. Can't wait for the next one!!!! less

Ok read. I felt it was a bit verbose, though.
