review 1: Main Characters:Sher - A small business owner who is being threatened by her ex-husbandGlen - A cop and ex-boyfriend of Sher'sSynopsis:Sher is an everyday woman who owns a deli in Colorado until one day she finds herself being followed and then attacked by an unknown man. And if that wasn't bad enough, the responding police officer is the man she left without an explanation years ago. As they uncover evidence, the two get closer. But will they both survive long enough to see if their love for each other will last through time?My Thoughts:I wasn't very impressed with this story, although I didn't outright dislike it. The writing style is sort of clunky and Sher is a rather annoying main character.
review 2: Well developed story line, interesting characters, lot... mores of action and really good sex. Our heroine Sher has lots of problems that come to a head all at the same time. Followed by an unknown person in a black SUV, ex-husband shows up out of the blue, brother missing and ex-boyfriend that she just up and dropped with no explanation all in one day! Can it really get any worse? Yeah, add a break in at her home and her shop and you have a heck of a day. It's going to take a lot to clear up all this mess, cross your toes and hold your breath it's off and running! Great read, your really going to like this series and all of them are out. less
