review 1: I went into this book thinking very lowly of it. Taken that it was written by some of my favorite YouTubers I was excited either way to start reading it. I was pulled in almost immediately with the captivating story of two sisters who live out their dream in LA. I quite enjoyed this book and the ending had to be one of my favorite parts of the whole book. They way it ends made my jaw drop. So much so that I desperately want to run out tomorrow (Considering I'm writing this way past closing hours for my local B&N) and buy the next book because I need to know who stole the money and framed the London sisters! Over all it was a pretty good book.

... moreia London’s lives dramatically change after their YouTube videos go viral. They meet new boys and get new pets, but they have also have the opportunity to launch a new makeup line. They will need to decide between each other or their boyfriends. Most importantly, we will watch them grow and become very successful throughout the series. In the novel, my favorite character was Sophia London, the younger sister. She was my favorite because she was always optimistic and made the saddest situation a happy one by turning it around. She was always thinking of others and giving friends things Sophia says “Wear this. You always have a good time when you borrow this”(43). When the girls had heard about a kitten who was deaf, she immediately wanted to help, saying “but maybe we should see him in case we know someone who might want him”(64). She is nice because she does not know how to say no. Overall, I thought the novel was extremely relatable and entertaining. The authors used very good language so it was easy for readers to understand. Personally, I enjoy watching makeup tutorials on YouTube so I appreciated the story that these authors tried to convey. I am sure that it is largely based on their own experiences as YouTube stars. I would recommend the full series to young adult readers thirteen to sixteen year olds. I am glad to have read this novel and will continue reading the rest of the series. less

This book was an okay book. It was of course typical chick lit. But I liked it.
