review 1: ******* select audience for Borderline beastiality: werewolf in full shift/human sex.*******M/M PNR short. Journal is a journal of all tell no show and the only thing I found hot about it ended before it started, the dates were all futuristic way too much as he skips writing for months at the time, the M/M romance was TLC and non descriptive. What was the aim or a point here? Is this a prequal? Where is the story and how can it be book #1? ...but I guess such are serials and personally I'm over them. The writing was good. Edit: I should add I LOVE PNR and shifters in partial or full shift with humans. This got a star for that brief thing. Other than that it was ok.
review 2: Wow. Questionable content aside, I really enjoyed the way this was written. The journa
... morel style enabled the story to move forward giving only the important details.Horrible abuse, criminals abusing, strange and most often gross werewolf sex abounds. Poor Bran escaped capture and abuse and was saved by Jesse who, after his first experience with a werewolf at age 19, decides to make it his life purpose to save them. Bran is very sweet, though we don't get to know him very well. This reads very fast and has a pretty big WTF ending. Thinking I might need to read the next book to see where this story goes next. less

Interesting premise, just didn't work for me and felt like an excerpt rather than a whole story
