review 1: Georgia Bragg has done it again. This book is simultaneously horrifying, hilarious, and informative. I learned a great deal, both about people and about making choices in general. The illustrations in the text are great, but the audio is dynamite; L.J. Ganser's narration is darn near flawless. Fantastic book! (Note: Try to read the author's acknowledgments on p.176 without having your eyes well up with tears. I dare you.)
review 2: Alright-Still the same odd premise as How They Croaked, but enjoyed by me. I personally liked this book better than the first, mainly because the focus on the famous peoples' accomplishments(or failures)! There were definitely more facts and the author's focal point seemed to be more on the person's life instead of their gruesome dea
... moreth. However, although I enjoyed it, I would probably would hesitate to pick up another book like How They Choked due to silliness. less
