review 1: Two models in a rivals to lovers theme.Neither of these men appealed to me. Chase had a sense of entitlement and Heath was a bit of a brute and neither could communicate except in their ongoing snipefest during shoots. They're both rather one dimensional and kind of stereotypical that I'd wished for more character or less cookie cutter. So the set up for rivals was solid and the tumbling into I love yous was sweet, but how we got from A to C--no clue. Underdeveloped transition after all the spewing and grumping. Sexual fantasies do not make the heart grow fonder, just the dick bigger.
review 2: Just making 4 starsContemporary enemies to lovers story.Chase and Heath are two models but are the opposite in every way - particularly their temperaments, but that does... moren't stop Heath from pursuing Chase, although Chase has made it clear he's not interested. At a photoshoot they are encouraged to kiss, and that changes everything as Chase agrees to go out on a date with Heath which leads on to more. I really enjoyed this one, the love/hate relationship is played out very well. My only erk as the repetative use of the word "Lover" by Heath. less
