review 1: I couldn't even get through this book. Elissa is such a child - a child who doesn't sympathize with her sister and the torture she's been through. It's hard to get through the endless pages of countless flyer attacks and hot chocolate sipping. C and E's relationship feels forced to the point of irritation. If you enjoyed Linked, forgo this sequel. If you didn't enjoy Linked and were hoping for a redemption novel, look elsewhere.
review 2: Can't even! This is sooo poorly written that even I, who read more books in a series if the story line is good, cannot/could not finish this book. By inserting -Oh my God, or God, or God- every five lines does not make the book appeal to YA. I am a YA teenager, who loves Sci-Fi did not like it. Also just because the general te... moreenage populace says "like" every two seconds does not mean the books we read should. Instead it should move us away. I know that I takes pieces of books I like and use some of the better mannerisms in my real life. Seriously, this was so bad that this is my longest review so far. less
