review 1: A highly enjoyable book that was full of humour. This story features around two lingerie shops owned by two complete opposites (a man and a woman) in a small Scottish village. I was gripped by the story and highly recommend it to anyone who wants an easy read with lots of humour and a good storyline. The diversity of the characters within the village gave great entertainment and credibility to this book, it was easy to imagine that this was real life in a small village
review 2: This was a very entertaining read. The little old ladies were really funny. At one point they had me thinking of the three stooges with some of their really out there misadventures. The hero and heroine were very cute together even when they were "fighting" over whose store was go... morenna go and which one would stay. There were some loose ends that will probably be tied up with some of the other characters like the hero's sister and the boyfriend she left behind and the heroine's perpetually single best friend since this is a series. It does fine as a stand alone though. This book was received from Net Galley as an ARC for review. less
