review 1: 3.5 / 5I liked the concept of the book. It's about two best friends who host a radio show giving advice on dating, love and sex, only to realize their feelings for each other and not be able to follow their own advice.I find that everyone does push away the people that care about them the most (at some point in their loves, one way or another), so I was able to relate to both Ivy and Ian.Although, I did find that Ian was portrayed as the stereotypical campus hottie / badboy that slept with the population that offered themselves to him. Also, I found the big blow up with Mallory to be a bit predictable.
review 2: This was a really sweet romance between bad boy Ian and nice girl next door Ivy. The two are childhood friends and Ivy knows Ian like nobody else doe... mores. In college the two join together to host a radio show about dating and mating. While they have kept their relationship platonic so far, Ian does do his best to sabotage Ivy's romantic life. She feels like he is being an older brother, and he doesn't want to look to far into his reasons for doing so. After an almost kiss and a friendly turned sexy back massage, the two realize that there is a hot attraction between them. They worry about their friendship changing and in the confusion the Ivy and Ian make a whole bunch of mistakes until they lose their chance at romance and worse their friendship. In the end, they finally learn even more about dating and mating to pass on to their listeners and get their happy ending. I loved Ivy and Ian, their romance was hot, and even more I loved the cast of supporting characters. I look forward to reading more from this author and hopefully about Amery and Chelsea and their love lives. less
