review 1: This was the perfect book to give me a few laughs and make me appreciate just how perfectly sane I am. I loved the brutal honesty and the wacky situations. Jenny Mollen is like that girlfriend you keep around just because she always has a great story to tell. It was crass, irreverent, absurd and a fund ride. Definitely not recommended for anyone who is easily offended, or really, anyone who is capable of being offended at all.
review 2: I will start off saying that I enjoy a crude sense of humor. I don't shy away from jokes involving vaginas, obsessive behavior or sex. That being said, if you do, this book probably won't be for you. For me I couldn't stop laughing. Some reviews say that the reader felt she was forcing some of these stories, elaborating, and per... morehaps trying to one-up Chelsea Handler. If you aren't doing this how are you going to make a collection of stories worth reading? I devoured this book in 2 days, in the middle of my journey through Game of Thrones. I needed something light to break it up. It worked. This is a woman who can make light of her own flaws, who can admit to her, not so inner crazy and I wish she was my friend. If you like indulging in things that are a little trashy, sociably questionable, and dream of acting upon some of those improper thoughts that cross your mind, then please read this. Make sure you strengthen your bladder muscles, you may pee a little. less
