review 1: I was thinking this would be a huge laff-fest on the inner workings of the "Fair & Balanced" Fox News channel. And there are many humorous aspects to this liberal kid's view of the cable channel. But I think he is also very complimentary to many of the working people there. Esp. Bill O'Reilly for example. I'm not saying that even a fan of Fox would like this book but such a person might be surprised....
review 2: I received this book for free through Goodreads First Reads.Thoroughly entertaining. Joe Muto starts working at Fox News straight out of college and eventually works himself up the ladder to work for Bill O'Reilly. The 'problem' is he's a bleeding-heart liberal. This memoir tells all about the inner workings of the Fox News Channel and how it is to... more be a lowly employee there. I especially enjoyed learning about how a news program is produced. Very interesting reading, no matter what side of the political spectrum you are on. less
