Geocaching is a game that is played outdoors through the help of Google Maps in which the player that will probably be you will search for containers in the wilderness.The size of these containers range from small ,medium and large and sometimes can be found in even the most unexpected objects such as a fake tree stump or a sprinkler. TheGeocaches can be hidden in many different ways , for example hidden in cracks of a rock , under natural objects, in the trees, and sometimes even in the most unexpected places as seen in the video below.
Objects are mainly hidden outside as it encourages people to enjoy the outdoors .The Geocaching site also allows you too create your own caches and allows you to monitor the amount of people who find it . The amount of Geocaches you can create is limitless.
Geocaching is a way that people keep up with each other ,it is sort of like a time capsule where once you have found it you can see all the other people who have found it from all over the world, for example once i found a cache from 2001 and there were people from Germany, The UK , China , America and South Africa .
Geocaching can be enjoyed individually or in a group , It is a great family activity and provides a lot of adventure.

The Geocaching game leaves you filled with joy and adventure sometimes you will find yourself hiking up the side of a mountain or climbing a tree ,Geocaching is also a great way to keep fit .
Geocaching is free to play and can be downloaded from the Play store or the App store
Once you have the app and have found your first cache make sure you have a pen at hand as you should write you name and the date on the little log book or slip that is in the cache you are also allowed to take one of the items from the cache excluding the logbook. Once you have found the cache and logged in your name it is your job to return the cache to the way it was found for future hunters. You can also log the cache on the app . The app also gives you hints and a description of the cache .
