review 1: Na het lezen van deze klepper blijf ik wat vertwijfeld achter. In zijn eerste 200 bladzijden doet de auteur weinig moeite om je op sleeptouw te nemen. Maar met de toenemende actie die in het verhaal binnenglipt, stijgt ook het leesplezier. Al stoot je om de paar tientallen pagina's dan toch weer op een moeilijk verteerbaar stuk. Met het nodige doorzettingsvermogen heb ik de zowat 1000 propvolle pagina's verteerd. En nu weet ik dus niet of ik het goed of matig moet vinden...
